If for any reason, you are not 100% completely satisfied with any Emergency Kit you purchased from Echo-Sigma, you can return it unused for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Just pay the return shipping. Learn more about our satisfaction guarantee policy here.

For shipments to the lower 48 states, we ship via FedEx Ground Service. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping, as our kits are custom-built when you order. Some larger kits may take a little longer. All other shipments to international and extended USA destinations ship by US Postal Service priority mail. We ship domestic orders over $300 for free to the lower 48 states. Click here for more information about our shipping policy.

Your kit comes to you ready to use; no assembly is required. We remove any packaging from the items going into the kit, place all of the documentation into one water-tight pouch, and organize, arrange and stow all your gear for easy access in case of emergency.

While our goal is to prepare you in the best way possible should disaster strike, we are not emergency responders. It’s a good idea to have all of your emergency contacts organized, so you know who to call. If there is an emergency, please call the appropriate local emergency response organizations for help and assistance. We’d also encourage you to sign up for any emergency alert services and programs in your area.
