Each Echo-Sigma Compact Provision Pack is designed to feed one adult for between one and three days depending upon activity level. Also included is 5-year emergency water packaged in durable cartons that pack tightly and efficiently for no wasted space.
If an extended state of emergency is anticipated and resupply unlikely, these supplies could be rationed for up to 3 days per person if water and energy discipline is high.
Each "Standard" food packs include:

Make sure that your rations are stored in a cool, dry place, with temperatures ranging from 32-80 degrees Fahrenheit. Water may also be frozen if you want to make it last longer.
Emergency water is extremely easy to store and drink from. All water packs come with a resealable cap on the side. Simply screw the cap off, pour the amount of water you need into your cup, and reseal the pack.
