  2. AWESOME baseline

Posted by David P on 2nd Apr 2014

Got this bag promptly and complete. Bag was packed perfectly and has room to augment with personal additions. This lives in my office under my desk. Great item. Great gift for a loved one who works in a city or travels long distances by car.

  3. Great Bag

Posted by Jerry on 20th Mar 2014

I received the get home bag and I am pleased with my purchase. It is perfect for what it is intended for. Fits in my SUV cargo area and does not take up a lot of room. It is well stocked for its purpose. I customized it with a KA-Bar USN Knife, flashlight and a Leatherman multi tool I had and wasn't using. I hope I never need it but its nice to have it ready to go if something does happen.

  4. Outstanding Quality

Posted by GLE on 11th Feb 2014

I received three of your Get Home Bags today for our office. The bag and its items are all high quality and very functional. I hope we never need to use it.

  5. Very Complete GHB

Posted by MM on 20th Jan 2014

I have been looking for a bag to keep in my car for some time. I had debated trying to put something together myself vs a pre made bag. Echo Sigma by far has a terrific product! It has everything you would need for a get home bag! I may add a couple of personal items but I am very pleased with what is included.

  6. Best survival kit out there

Posted by Travis on 21st Dec 2013

ive been shopping around, looking at reviews. This GHB has always come to the top of the list. carrying it daily from my house, to car, into office and back, is a breeze. weight distributed nicely. I've added a short-wave radio and my favorite all-in-one tool. you cant go wrong with getting this gear

  7. makes a great GHB/EDC

Posted by Rob M. on 16th Dec 2013

This was a great find. this time of year (winter in the mid-west) i take this in and out of my car because of the water. I don't want it to freeze. If i didn't this would stay in my trunk should you ever need it. The products are well put together and ready to go free of packaging. I especially like the compact survival kit I keep that on my person while the bag stays in the car when weather applicable. cant wait to see more products from you folks keep up the good work.

  8. my opinion

Posted by Unknown on 20th Nov 2013

well ive been going on a camping trip for 25 years , myself and 3 close fiends all of us marines, we go in february, in PA, its cold. but if i took only this pack with what it comes with id be just fine, grant it you gotta take stuff out and put your own personal gear in there to accomidate you, but in my opinion this pack can help even someone stranded who knows nothing about survival, oh and the other 360 days im not doing that crazy camping trip, itll be on my back seat. i spent like a total of 340 bucks. whats your life worth ?

  9. Well Built

Posted by Eric on 13th Nov 2013

I started putting together my own bag a while back. I was doing reasearch on what to add and buying a few pieces here and there. The hardest part was figuring out what I needed and what was useless. About half way through I stumbled across Echo-Sigma and found my answer, the GHB. I ended up building the rest of my bag with items found in the GHB (it was cheaper to just finish my bag). In the end I have the Echo-Sigma GHB, but at a much higher final cost. If I had to do it over, I would just purchase the GHB and be done with it. I would recommed them to anyone.

  10. Insurance for Sustainability

Posted by Eric H. on 18th Oct 2013

I finally accepted the fact that IF a personal ghb was going to happen---it would be a kit. My research efforts led me to Echo-Sigma's GHB. I noticed the SOG optional equipment and decided to customize the basic kit with the following:

SOG 562 Power Lock multi-tool: Amazing piece. For me, this was a no-brainer upgrade. If you only carry one piece of equipment---this should considered. Perfect for every glovebox, as well. The soft case has a moly-friendly clip. My only suggestion is that SOG should consider selling a black powder-coated version for tactical application (and, perhaps they do, but mine is nickel-plated).

SOG "Escape" Knife: Small, lightweight, and efficient. There is a moly-friendly clip that makes external carry safe. Due to terrain and personal preference, I will likely add a larger knife to my bag. Overall, this is a well built piece that will be a great "second". I'm glad I purchased the Escape, as I was 'on the fence' when ordering.

SOG Entrenchment tool: This was another easy call for me. This is an essential tool with a multitude of uses that allows it to bring both general application and specific entrenchment capabilities. Well built piece, but be alerted that this piece is relatively heavy vis-a-vis the other tools in the GHB.

Customer service at Echo-Sigma was outstanding!
